Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of practical experience or education in HVAC/R.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurable by company.
• Push/Pull/Lift 50lbs and job-fit physical requirements.
• Basic understanding of building automation controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Salesforce or ServiceMax is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions.
• Install, replace, and calibrate equipment including thermostats.
• Service refrigeration equipment and maintain water systems.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records for compliance.
• Assemble and install ductwork; assist in design and planning.
• Identify and mitigate safety risks on site.
