Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• 1+ year of practical HVAC/R experience or education.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.
• Ability to push/pull 50 lbs and work on roofs or ladders.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain HVAC systems for efficient operation.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical malfunctions.
• Install, replace and calibrate HVAC equipment and thermostats.
• Service refrigeration equipment including ice machines.
• Maintain water systems and assist in system design.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety records.
