Job summary

Expert Heating & Cooling, a Pinnacle MEP company, is seeking a Commercial Project Developer to build a profitable book of commercial HVAC business in the Midwest. You will develop relationships, propose value-driven HVAC solutions, prepare scopes, budgets, and proposals, and guide projects from opportunity through award with a focus on growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, retrofit projects, controls, and mechanical construction.
• Demonstrated experience developing customer relationships and growing business.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend practical, value-added solutions.
• Strong estimating, budgeting, and project development skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or estimating software.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

• Build, manage, and grow a profitable book of commercial business.

• Maintain disciplined follow-up and pipeline management from initial contact through project award.
