Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and the ability to carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Sophisticated math skills and ability to calculate percentages, fractions and related figures.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to team members. Ensure all duties are done in a timely manner.
• Install, repair, adjust, service and maintain electric or pneumatic control systems used for building HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Inspect and conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with codes and safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify best course of action for modifications.
• Apply in-depth knowledge to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge within the team and across related functions.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values to build consensus and reach agreement.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own and related teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies and explain difficult information.
