KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an Account Executive to develop new commercial business across Chantilly and Northern Virginia. You will build relationships with key decision-makers and sell essential mechanical and facility solutions supported by an experienced operations team.

You will focus on selling repair services, maintenance agreements, and facility solutions for HVAC, plumbing, building automation, electrical, and water treatment systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in B2B field sales preferred.
• Experience selling to executives and facilities managers.
• Ability to prospect, present, and close deals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial customers throughout the Chantilly market.
• Sell HVAC, Plumbing, Building Automation, Electrical, and Water Treatment solutions.
• Generate opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field outreach.
• Build relationships with executives, facility managers, and other decision-makers.
• Identify customer challenges and recommend practical service solutions.
• Pursue large opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.
• Spend majority of time meeting customers and growing territory.
• Manage opportunities through CRM and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Negotiate agreements, close deals, and drive profitable growth.
