Job summary

Telhio Credit Union is seeking a VP Commercial Relationship Manager in Toledo, OH to lead business lending initiatives and grow the member business loan portfolio. The role focuses on calling on small to medium businesses, cross-selling financial services, and building a robust network of referral sources.

You will develop and present loan packages, manage relationships with Centers of Influence, and drive growth through targeted marketing and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years experience in Commercial and/or Business Lending required.
• BS/BA degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac, Investor Regulations, FEMA Regulations & Equal Credit Opportunity Act.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must pass background check including: credit, drug screen, criminal & bondability.

Responsibilities

• Obtains minimum quarterly closed loan production numbers.
• Builds and develops commercial loans.
• Marketing, prospecting and cold calling to generate leads and referrals.
• Develops and strengthens the loan referral network to meet loan goals.
• Represents the credit union in the community and networking events.
• Prepares loan packages and presents to loan committee for approval.
