Job summary

USI Insurance Services in Needham, Massachusetts, is seeking a Practice Leader responsible for driving revenue growth and managing Select sales producers. You will be a key part of the Regional Executive Leadership Team, providing leadership and coaching to meet sales goals, alongside overseeing the marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of property and casualty brokerage sales experience, preferred leadership experience, and relevant insurance designations.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $190,000 along with a full suite of benefits including health, dental, 401(k), and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of Property and Casualty brokerage sales experience.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Insurance designations such as CIC and ARM strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to Select producers and staff.
• Drive behaviors to meet revenue growth targets.
• Oversee the marketing team for placement of clients.
