Job summary

USI Insurance Services in Needham, MA is seeking a Practice Leader for Select Employee Benefits to drive revenue growth and lead the sales producers. You will manage budgets and be part of the Regional Executive Leadership Team, shaping strategy and ensuring targets are met.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, expanding cross-sell opportunities, maintaining robust pipelines, joining new business appointments, and building carrier relationships to maximize client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Employee Benefits brokerage sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven track record for meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Life & Health license required.
• Ability to coach/mentor with recruiting and hiring.
• Consultative, solutions-based selling approach.
• Executive presence with strong communication skills.
• Collaborative, high-integrity leadership.
• Familiar with cross-sell approaches and proactive sales management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Select Producers to drive revenue growth and meet sales goals.
• Oversee full cycle management and coaching of staff.
• Prospect, appoint, and close new business opportunities; target >$100k annual revenue per producer.
• Collaborate with recruiting to source and onboard new producers/brokers.
• Develop cross-sell initiatives and strong carrier relationships.
• Maintain robust pipelines and lead huddle meetings for new business prep.
• Join producers on appointments and facilitate prospects to the team.
