You will translate client needs into actionable Audit, Tax, and Advisory pursuits, and identify cross-sell opportunities, shaping strategies with pursuit teams for scalable outcomes. This role requires executive communication and strong market insight.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development or Audit/Tax sales
• Proven executive relationships growth with C-suite
• Familiarity with Audit/Tax buying processes
• Strong commercial acumen: qualification, win strategy, pricing, negotiation
• Translate complex capabilities into clear value propositions
• Experience in professional services firms
• Travel up to ~10%

Responsibilities

• Conduct active prospecting across accounts, targets, and markets
• Meet sales production targets with discipline
• Originate new opportunities and secure meetings
• Lead Commercial account and pursuit strategies
• Act as the deal/solution architect for value propositions
• Partner with RMPs, Growth Leaders, and pursuit teams
• Translate client needs into scalable, differentiated solutions
• Lead cross-solution opportunity development
• Build executive relationships with buyers across client orgs
• Drive pricing strategies to remain competitive
