Campbell Oil Company in Delco, NC is seeking an Operations Specialist to provide daily support to the Commercial Fuels department, coordinating with Purchasing, Dispatch, Billing, Sales, suppliers, and haulers to ensure loads are sourced, billed, and documented accurately.

This role emphasizes timely task completion, issue resolution, and maintaining system data while pursuing cost-saving and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in operations, logistics, dispatch, purchasing, billing, transportation, or administrative support preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general office software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate supplier, terminal, contract, carrier, and pricing information in company systems.
• Help ensure pricing feeds and back-office systems link correctly to support decisions and pricing analysis.
• Review charges such as detention and accessorial costs and determine billing responsibility.
• Support special projects, audits, process documentation, and department priorities.
• Independently complete tasks, research discrepancies, and follow issues through resolution.
