Job summary

GFL Environmental seeks a Commercial Frontload Driver to safely service commercial and residential routes, collecting waste and recyclables and transporting to post-collection facilities. The role emphasizes courtesy and strict adherence to safety and DOT regulations.

You will perform daily vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and navigate routes using maps and GPS while interacting with customers. Must be 21+, with CDL or CDL school completion and willingness to work in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Valid CDL required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate.
• Able to meet safety sensitive criteria.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial frontload or ancillary equipment along routes to collect waste and take to facilities.
• Open containers, access gates, and dump cans as needed.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections and file vehicle reports.
• Interact courteously with customers and notify supervisor of issues.
• Maintain cleanliness at the site and ensure safety along roads.
