Qualifications

• Experience with project coordination and Project Management for construction or flooring projects.
• Background in Expediting and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and vendor coordination.
• Ability to perform on-site inspections to verify installation quality, safety, and compliance with specs.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for client-facing sales activities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Proficiency with basic office and project management software (e.g., MS Office, scheduling tools).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Previous experience in commercial flooring, construction, or related industries preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to Denver-area job sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage flooring projects from bid through completion, including estimating, scheduling, coordinating materials and labor, and overseeing installation progress.
• Prepare proposals and track project costs to maintain budget control.
• Monitor job-site conditions and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on schedule.
