Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of flooring project sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate schedules, budgets, and resources. A comprehensive benefits package is offered with base salary of $90,000–$120,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of flooring project sales experience, preferably within commercial or residential construction.
• Proven ability to generate business and develop long-term client relationships.
• Strong understanding of project coordination, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
