Artisan Design Group, LLC seeks a Commercial Expeditor to coordinate and support flooring project execution from startup to billing. You will manage project docs, procurement, installer support, and scheduling while ensuring customer service and accurate records in company systems.
Responsible for entering projects in M3/RFMS, tracking orders, coordinating deliveries, and serving as main contact for installers. Hybrid work model with Fishers, IN office hours, training provided.
The Commercial Expeditor is responsible for coordinating and supporting the successful execution of commercial flooring projects from project startup through installation completion and billing. The Commercial Expeditor manages project documentation, material procurement, installer support, scheduling coordination, and project closeout activities while maintaining accurate records within company systems and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
This position reports to the Operations Manager and works Monday to Friday office hours with options for a hybrid schedule between remote/work-at-home and our Fishers, IN location.
