Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced Commercial Fleet Manager to grow our fleet and commercial business. You will take ownership of developing new accounts while strengthening relationships with existing clients in the Ohio market.

The role requires automotive dealership sales experience with emphasis on fleet/prospecting, account management, and a proactive, self-driven approach to field work.

Qualifications

• At least five years of automotive dealership sales experience.
• Commercial or fleet sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to prospect and develop new business.
• Strong relationship building and account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram's fleet and commercial business by developing new accounts while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.
• Be proactive in market outreach: make calls, visit businesses, network, and create new opportunities.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting through delivery and ongoing account management.
• Collaborate with business owners and commercial accounts to tailor vehicle configurations and solutions.

Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Fleet Manager to grow our commercial and fleet business.

If you have a strong automotive sales background, experience working with commercial customers, and a proven ability to develop new business and build long term customer relationships, we want to talk with you.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of a growing fleet operation and build relationships with local businesses, contractors, municipalities, and large commercial accounts.

The right candidate should have the following:

• At least five years of automotive dealership sales experience
• Commercial or fleet sales experience preferred
• Proven ability to prospect and develop new business
• Strong relationship building and account management skills
• Experience working with business owners, commercial accounts, municipalities, and fleet customers
• Knowledge of commercial trucks, vans, and fleet vehicle applications
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend the right vehicles and configurations
• Strong understanding of pricing, gross profit, financing, incentives, and manufacturer fleet programs
• Ability to manage the sales process from initial prospecting through delivery and ongoing account management
• Strong communication, organization, and follow up skills

The Commercial Fleet Manager will be responsible for growing our fleet and commercial business by developing new accounts while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable getting out into the market, making calls, visiting businesses, networking, and creating new opportunities. This is not a position for someone waiting for customers to walk through the door.

Additional Qualifications:

• Automotive dealership experience is required
• Commercial or fleet experience is strongly preferred
• Proven history of developing new customers and maintaining long term business relationships
• Strong understanding of dealership profitability and gross management
• Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of commercial prospects
• Professional communication skills when working with customers, employees, vendors, and manufacturer representatives
• Highly motivated, competitive, and results driven
