Job summary

MCR Safety Group, a Bunzl division, seeks a Commercial Finance Analyst to back the sales and finance teams by managing customer programs, rebates, allowances and discounts, and validating payments. You will analyze sales performance and contract compliance to ensure pricing integrity across the business.

Responsibilities include developing financial models, presenting results monthly to management, and creating ad-hoc dashboards to support budgeting and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; accounting/finance concentration preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Finance or related field required.
• Strong Excel and modeling skills; ability to interpret customer agreements for payment accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Present fiscal impact opportunities to sales and leadership using analytic models.
• Validate customer payments and manage rebate program elements and tracking.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and strategic initiatives.
• Present monthly, quarterly, and annual results to sales management and account leaders.
• Create ad‑hoc dashboards and reports to support decision making.
