Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field required.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required.
• Experience with large datasets and BI/reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence across functions.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer rebates and allowances, ensuring accurate accruals and detailed reconciliations.
• Provide financial analysis and commercial insights to support decision-making across product, brand, category, and customer profitability.
• Support month-end close activities, including accruals, reclasses, reconciliations, and reporting data validation.
• Assist in annual budgeting and monthly forecast preparation, and improve forecasting and reporting processes.
