Job summary

H&S Loss Control Inspections, Inc is seeking experienced independent inspectors in the USA to perform commercial loss control inspections. You will review assignments, schedule appointments, perform on-site inspections of utilities, building systems, and life safety, and complete detailed reports online using Loss Control 360 and Rapid Sketch.

Qualified candidates have 3–5 years of experience in commercial loss control, knowledge of property, general liability, and workers' compensation, and can

Qualifications

• Experience completing commercial line inspections in the USA.
• 3–5 years of loss control inspection experience.
• Understanding of property, general liability and workers' compensation lines.
• Ability to travel approx. 50 miles and report online.

Responsibilities

• Review assignments and inspection requirements.
• Schedule inspections with insured by phone, email or text.
• Inspect property for hazards in utilities/building systems, common areas, and life safety.
• Interviews insured for operations information and system ages.
• Communicate inspection status online.
• Complete inspection report via Loss Control 360 and Rapid Sketch.
