Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Business Operations, Commercial Analytics, and related areas.
• Experience implementing and governing structured sales processes; strong CRM expertise.
• Experience delivering dashboards and performance reporting; training and enablement programs.
• Analytical, problem-solving skills; strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve Aquatech's global sales process framework.
• Develop, maintain, and deploy commercial playbooks, procedures, and governance tools.
• Drive adoption of standardized qualification criteria, opportunity reviews, and sales stage definitions.
• Establish and manage sales process gate reviews and governance routines.
• Ensure consistent execution of Commercial Excellence methodologies across regions.
• Monitor process compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Own commercial operations processes supporting opportunity management and pipeline governance.
• Ensure effective data integrity within CRM platforms and augment forecasting accuracy.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting for executives; provide data-driven insights.
• Lead training programs and enablement for the commercial team; onboard new members.
• Coach sales managers; manage Commercial Excellence personnel and drive transformation initiatives.
