Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience is preferred.
• One (1) year of experience with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP/CRM and other business applications.
• Develop business reporting as required.
• Troubleshoot issues and document resolutions.
• Assist with setup and basic system configuration.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Participate in testing for updates and patches.
