Jobot is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Estimator in St. Louis to drive comprehensive cost proposals for multiple commercial construction projects.

You will collaborate with Business Development and project stakeholders, conduct quantity take-offs, solicit bids, and deliver accurate, competitive estimates on bid day. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in construction management or related field and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with strong MS Office and estimating software skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field.
• 2 years’ experience in commercial construction OR 3 years’ experience as Estimator/PM/PE

Responsabilités

• Understand clients’ needs and propose high-value solutions.
• Determine all project activities/requirements and capture all costs.
• Strategize to engage subcontractors and vendors.
• Track, document, analyze, and level pricing for all work packages.
• Maintain clear communication with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Conduct site surveys and bid-day proposal delivery.
