Jobot is seeking Estimators for our preconstruction department in St. Louis. You’ll contribute to competitive bids on commercial, education, healthcare and industrial projects, leading takeoffs and cost planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM or Civil Eng.
• 5+ years of experience in construction estimating.
• Proficient in project estimation, cost management, bidding and budgeting.

• Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Prepare bid compilations and cost analyses.
• Support procurement and budgeting processes.
