Jobot is seeking a Construction Estimator for commercial projects with strong preconstruction estimating experience. The role focuses on takeoffs, bid analysis, subcontractor pricing, and project costing across diverse commercial renovations.

Ideal candidates will have 3–8 years of estimating and construction management experience, proficiency with Bluebeam and PROCORE, and a solid understanding of blueprint reading and MTO. This is a high-impact, collaborative position within a growing team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in project estimation, bidding, and construction management.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and PROCORE.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction, blueprint reading, and material takeoffs (MTO).
• Proven negotiation skills to secure profitable contracts.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate estimates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct detailed analysis of project costs, including labor, materials, equipment, and time requirements.
• Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates and bids.
• Conduct material takeoffs (MTO) to determine project requirements.
• Read blueprints and apply expertise to deliver accurate estimates.
• Utilize Bluebeam and PROCORE to enhance estimation accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in negotiations with clients and suppliers to secure profitable contracts.
• Collaborate with construction management to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Monitor industry trends to enhance estimation accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in preparation of project budgets and financial reports.
