Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our well-established preconstruction department in the St. Louis area. The role offers upward career mobility with a competitive compensation package and full benefits.

Salary ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 per year, plus an excellent 401k match and PTO policy. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in CM or Civil Engineering, at least 5 years in construction estimating, and strong skills in MTO, cost analysis, and software for estimating.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating or a related role.
• Proficient in project estimation, cost management, project bidding, budgeting, material take off, and cost analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
