First American Financial Corporation is seeking a Commercial Escrow Assistant to support the escrow department with timely document preparation, customer service and accurate handling of closing-related tasks. Remote-friendly role based in Florida, offering the chance to contribute to underwriting guidance and cross-team collaboration.

You will prepare documents, open orders, verify invoices, and coordinate with escrow officers and underwriters while maintaining compliance with company policies

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience as an Associate Escrow Assistant or 3+ years in real estate/title helpful.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.
• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.
