Coach, drive, and lead lean behaviors, principles, and practices towards building a culture of continuous improvement. Lead process improvement projects aimed at enhancing business performance, reducing employee burden, and delivering outstanding customer impact. Drive lean transformation to achieve significant improvements in business metrics by partnering with leaders in business management roles.
This role will support the implementation of the GE Aerospace FLIGHT DECK operating model within Commercial Engines and Services. The ideal candidate will have transactional and operational business process lean experience, foundational knowledge of lean principles, approaches, and methodologies.
