Job summary

Facilities Maintenance Management, LLC. (FMM) is seeking motivated Electricians to join our team in Louisiana. You will service, troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical components for commercial construction projects, ensuring work adheres to local codes and safety standards.

The role requires at least 3 years of electrical trade experience, NEC knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. The position supports safety-focused work on diverse job sites across Louisiana.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent apprenticeship.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the electrical trade.
• Knowledge of safety rules and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Experience with NEC and high/low voltage systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan layout and installation of wiring, equipment, or fixtures per job specs and codes.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
• Test electrical systems and circuits using meters and scopes for safety and compatibility.
• Inspect systems to identify hazards or defects and ensure code compliance.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential settings.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects on time and within budget.
