Job Title: Commercial Electrical Superintendent

Location: Austin, Texas

Salary: Up to $120K+ DOE

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of electrical construction projects in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience supervising commercial electrical projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all on-site electrical construction activities.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades.
• Ensure projects adhere to electrical codes, company standards, and project specifications.
• Supervise and mentor electricians, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Plan and schedule work to meet project deadlines efficiently.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct job site inspections.
• Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and installation issues.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial electrical construction.
• In-depth knowledge of NEC codes, commercial electrical systems, and industry best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple crews and coordinate labor efficiently.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting technical documents.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to travel to job sites in and around Austin as needed.
