Position Summary
The Senior Project Superintendent oversees all field activities, managing and executing electrical projects, leading, motivating, and coordinating all phases from planning to completion.
Essential Functions
Responsibilities include monitoring work progress, managing schedules and budgets, establishing relationships with contractors, providing technical guidance, ensuring safety and quality standards, and participating in project meetings and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
Experience with electrical codes, construction management, leadership skills, and relevant licenses. Education includes a minimum of eight years of experience or equivalent, along with a valid Florida Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual, additional electrical experience, and safety certifications such as OSHA 30.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Direct supervision of employees, including training, performance evaluation, and discipline, in accordance with company policies.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
