Qualifications

• 5+ years of service management, operations management, or project management experience in commercial electrical contracting.
• Proven financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, expense control, and profit‑and‑loss responsibility.
• Strong coaching, negotiation, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight for all Service Division personnel.
• Establish performance expectations, accountability measures, and professional development plans.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify growth opportunities, recurring revenue programs, and new service offerings; support proposals, RFP and RFQ responses, qualification packages, and marketing materials.
• Own departmental revenue, gross profit, budgets, forecasts, expenses, and overall financial performance.
• Oversee daily service operations, scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Review and approve invoices, timesheets, work orders, purchase orders, and project costs.
• Coordinate manpower requirements with construction, estimating, and other operational departments.
