Job summary

Feyen Zylstra in Nashville seeks an Account Manager / Service Manager to lead large commercial and industrial electrical projects. You’ll oversee direction, finances, and risk, while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in electrical construction management with a High School diploma/GED.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical/electrical service or electrical construction.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to understand industry codes, corporate practices, processes and their impact on project performance and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of Bluebeam, Accubid and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the direction, financial and risk management of large commercial and industrial electrical construction projects.
• Lead site teams with a focus on safety and execution.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Travel regionally to project sites as required.

Education

Bachelor’s in construction management OR equivalent experience in electrical construction management with a High School diploma/GED
