Job summary

JobsMight, Inc. in the Nashville metro area is seeking an experienced residential/service electrician to join our established electrical contractor partner. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 7am–3pm, with room to grow into more autonomy or lead service work as you gain experience.

You will perform residential service, upgrades, and select commercial projects, adhere to NEC standards, and mentor junior electricians as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Licensed or credentials preferred.
• Experience with NEC standards, residential wiring, panel upgrades, troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential electrical service work, repairs, upgrades, rough-ins, trim-out, and select commercial projects.
• Perform panel upgrades, troubleshoot electrical issues, and deliver code-compliant installations in line with NEC standards.
• Take ownership of assigned service calls and projects from start to finish, with strong attention to workmanship, safety, and communication.
• Make sound field decisions, solve problems on site, and help ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly.
• Communicate directly with leadership regarding project status, challenges, and opportunities to improve field operations.
• Support and mentor other electricians as the team continues to grow, with potential for increased responsibility over time
