Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Monitor financial performance, labor productivity, and profitability.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Foremen, and field leadership for execution.
• Handle procurement, material planning, subcontractors, vendors, and docs.
• Review contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Manage owner/GC communications and project reporting.
• Identify risks and develop solutions to maintain schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, vendors, and trades.
• Manage billing, change management, and documentation.
• Support punch-list and project closeout activities.
• Ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

Elite Executive Solutions is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to manage commercial electrical construction projects in Childress, Texas.

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated electrical construction professional who enjoys leading project teams, managing client relationships, and delivering successful projects from preconstruction through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical construction projects through all phases from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Monitor project financial performance, labor productivity, and profitability.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents, Foremen, and field leadership to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage procurement, material planning, subcontractors, vendors, and project documentation.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Manage owner and general contractor communications and project reporting.
• Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions to maintain schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, architects, vendors, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Manage project billing, change management, and documentation.
• Support punch-list activities and project closeout.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience preferred.
• Strong commercial electrical construction experience.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, drawings, specifications, and project sequencing.
• Strong financial management, forecasting, scheduling, and cost-control skills.
• Experience managing project teams, subcontractors, procurement, and client relationships.
• Ability to effectively coordinate with field leadership and manage projects in fast-paced construction environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
