You will build relationships with general contractors, property managers, and commercial clients, deliver compelling proposals, and close high-value contracts in a fast-paced field sales environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or business development experience in the commercial electrical or construction industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, services, and project scoping.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret commercial construction plans and specifications is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities
