The role oversees projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Candidates should understand both field operations and project management and coordinate between crews, general contractors, and the office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial electrical experience.
• PM experience in electrical construction.
• Strong understanding of plans, specs, and job costing.
• Experience with change orders, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician License preferred.
