Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, specs, and sequencing.
• Proven financial management, forecasting, scheduling, and cost-control skills.
• Experience coordinating with field leadership and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Monitor financial performance, labor productivity, and profitability.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Foremen, and field leadership.
• Review contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Manage owner and general contractor communications and reporting.
• Identify risks and develop solutions to maintain schedule and budget.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractors, and project documentation.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time project completion.
