Management Performance Associates in Milford, CT is seeking a Project Manager experienced with Commercial Electrical jobs. The role leads day-to-day project management for projects from $300K to $4M and supports estimating for smaller projects and change orders.

The position is hands-on, field-savvy, and requires strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with crews, clients, and vendors across Connecticut. A 60/40 office-to-site schedule is typical.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in project management within the commercial electrical industry.
• E-2 electrical license in Connecticut is preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification is desirable.
• Strong field background and ability to manage multiple active jobs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple commercial and industrial electrical projects across Connecticut.
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, clients, and vendors for timely delivery.
• Attend weekly job meetings and visit sites; company vehicle provided.
• Handle small project and change order estimating using McCormick software.
• Review scope, schedule, materials, labor needs, and change requests.
• Maintain communication with Head of Construction and track updates.
• Uphold OSHA safety standards on job sites.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
