You will lead day-to-day project management for jobs ranging from $300K to $4M, assist with estimating for smaller projects and change orders, and hit the ground running in a hands-on, field-savvy role.

The position requires 4+ years of commercial electrical project management experience, with an E-2 license preferred and OSHA 30 certification.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management within the commercial electrical industry.
• E-2 electrical license in Connecticut is preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain OSHA 30 certification.
• Strong field background.
• Estimating experience preferred (especially change order estimates).
• Proficient with project coordination and scheduling.
• Familiarity with McCormick estimating software is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial and industrial electrical projects across Connecticut.
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, clients, and vendors for timely delivery.
• Attend weekly job meetings and visit job sites regularly (company vehicle provided).
• Handle small project and change order estimating using McCormick software.
• Review scope, schedule, materials, labor needs, and change requests.
• Maintain communication with Head of Construction and document updates.
• Uphold OSHA safety standards on job sites.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, with minimal errors.
