ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager experienced with Commercial Electrical jobs in Milford, CT. You will lead day-to-day project management for projects from $300K to $4M and assist in estimating for smaller projects and change orders.

This hands-on role requires a strong field background, OSHA 30 certification, and excellent communication to coordinate with foremen, clients, and vendors. The position reports to the Head of Construction and offers a company vehicle and competitive

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management in commercial electrical projects.
• E-2 electrical license in CT preferred; OSHA 30 certification required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills; willingness to travel to CT sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial and industrial electrical projects across Connecticut.
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, clients, and vendors for timely delivery.
• Attend weekly job meetings and visit job sites regularly; company vehicle provided.
• Handle small project and change order estimating using McCormick software.
• Review scope, schedule, materials, labor needs, and change requests.
• Maintain constant communication with Head of Construction and ensure updates are clear.
• Uphold OSHA compliance on job sites and deliver within budget and schedule.
