Markent Personnel, Inc. is assisting a Milford-based electrical contractor in hiring a Project Manager with a strong field background to lead day-to-day management of commercial electrical jobs in Connecticut.

Projects range from $300K to $4M, with involvement in estimating for smaller jobs and change orders. The role requires hands-on leadership, site visits, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in commercial electrical industry.
• E-2 electrical license in CT preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain OSHA 30 certification.
• Strong field background and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial/industrial electrical projects across CT.
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, clients and vendors for timely delivery.
• Attend weekly job meetings and visit sites (vehicle provided).
• Handle small project/change order estimating using McCormick software.
• Review scope, schedule, materials, labor needs and change requests.
• Maintain communication with Head of Construction and track updates.
