The role involves coordinating with foremen, subcontractors, clients, and vendors across CT, maintaining schedules, safety (OSHA 30 preferred), and delivering on time and within budget. 60% office-based, 40% on site.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management within the commercial electrical industry
• E-2 electrical license in CT preferred
• OSHA 30 certification required or willing to obtain
• Strong field background
• Estimating experience preferred (change orders)
• Proficient with project coordination and scheduling
• Familiarity with McCormick estimating software

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial and industrial electrical projects across CT
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, clients, and vendors for timely delivery
• Attend weekly job meetings and visit sites regularly (company vehicle provided)
• Handle small project and change order estimating using McCormick software
• Review scope, schedule, materials, labor needs, and change requests
• Maintain communication with Head of Construction and track updates
• Uphold OSHA safety standards and ensure compliance
• Deliver jobs on time, within budget, with minimal errors
