Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group, a well-established commercial electrical contractor based in Milford, CT, is seeking a Project Manager with strong field experience to lead day‑to‑day management for jobs from $300K to $4M. You will assist in estimating for smaller projects and change orders while coordinating with foremen, clients, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.

Expected to manage multiple active jobs across CT, attend weekly meetings, uphold OSHA standards, and maintain clear

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management within the commercial electrical industry.
• Must have or be willing to obtain OSHA 30 certification
• Strong field background
• Estimating experience preferred (especially change order estimates)
• Proficient with project coordination and scheduling
• Familiarity with McCormick estimating software is a plus
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial and industrial electrical projects across the state of Connecticut
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, clients, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
• Attend weekly job meetings and visit job sites regularly (company vehicle provided)
• Handle small project and change order estimating using McCormick software
• Review scope, schedule, materials, labor needs, and change requests
• Maintain constant communication with the Head of Construction and ensure updates are tracked and communicated clearly
• Uphold safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance on job sites
• Deliver jobs on time, within budget, and with minimal errors
