Meritas Advisory Group, LLC in Milford, CT is seeking a Project Manager with strong commercial electrical experience to lead day-to-day management on projects from $300K to $4M across CT. You will collaborate with foremen, subcontractors, clients and vendors, oversee scheduling, estimating and change orders, and ensure safety on site.

The role is hands-on, field-savvy, with 60% office work and 40% on job sites.

Formación

• 4+ years of project management experience in commercial electrical
• E-2 electrical license in Connecticut preferred
• OSHA 30 certification required or willing to obtain
• Estimating experience, especially change orders, is a plus
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple commercial/industrial electrical projects across Connecticut
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, clients, and vendors to ensure timely delivery
• Attend weekly job meetings and visit job sites (company vehicle provided)
• Handle small project and change order estimating using McCormick software
• Review scope, schedule, materials, labor needs, and change requests
• Maintain clear communication with Head of Construction and stakeholders
• Uphold OSHA safety standards and compliance on sites
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, with minimal errors
