Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to fulfill physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders, and lifting or carrying heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
• Excellent communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

• CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the [Commercial Driver (Non-CDL) Swing Shift] position is $24.00 and the maximum salary for the [Commercial Driver ( Non-CDL) - Swing Shift] position is $27.00 per hour.
