Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Driver to provide transportation services for materials and individuals within the Workplace Experience function.

You will ensure timely, safe deliveries while maintaining high customer service standards for clients and building visitors. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to meet physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean vehicle and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Respond to inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures under close supervision.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Commercial Driver, you will provide transportation services for materials and individuals as requested by the business. This includes ensuring timely and safe delivery to specified locations while maintaining a high standard of customer service. This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.

What You’ll Do:

Provide world-class transportation and customer service to office personnel, visitors, and clients Keep travel logs and service records as required Maintain a clean vehicle and perform minor repairs as needed Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisors Follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work Use existing procedures to solve straight forward problems with limited opportunity to exercise discretion Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks described in detail Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance Use communication skills to exchange straightforward information Train and mentor new and current peers on duties and procedures Perform miscellaneous errands as needed.

What You’ll Need:

High School Diploma or GED with 1-2 years of job-related experience Valid driver’s license required Ability to fulfill the physical requirements associated with this role, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders, and living or carrying heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups Excellent communication skills to exchange straightforward information Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work
