ServiceMaster Restore 10274 - Baldwin Park is seeking a motivated sales relationship specialist to manage existing customer relationships, pursue new revenue opportunities, and present solutions to clients in disaster restoration. You will work with referral sources and insurance contacts, building trust and driving ongoing sales in assigned verticals.

The role requires strong communication, reliable transportation, and a willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

1-2 years experience in the disaster restoration field; IICRC certifications preferred.
6-12 months of sales experience or prior sales training is highly desired, but not required.
Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
Local and regional travel may be required; some after-hours work may occur.

Responsibilities

Maintain relationships with current customers and referral sources; pursue revenue opportunities.
Contacts customers before and after service to ensure satisfaction and generate prospects.
Develop new sales leads in assigned verticals and with insurance-related contacts.
Present information clearly to customers individually and in small groups.
Document and report on key referral-source relationships weekly and monthly.
Assist in collections with non-residential customers when needed.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
