Job summary

Wieland North America, Inc. in Louisville, KY, seeks a Commercial Systems & Process Optimization Manager to lead data analytics enablement, reporting, and automation across sales, marketing, and operations.

This role will own the commercial BI infrastructure, develop dashboards, and drive modernization initiatives to improve pricing, profitability, and customer management. The position requires strong Power BI and data modeling skills, ERP/CRM experience, and a track record of cross-functional

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
5-10 years in analytics, BI, process improvement, or systems management.
Manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience implementing reporting, dashboards, or automation solutions.
Advanced Power BI, Excel, and data modeling skills.
ERP (SAP) and CRM experience; AI/automation exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead data & analytics enablement for commercial reporting & insights.
Own BI infrastructure and dashboards supporting forecasting, pricing, profitability.
Develop scalable analytical solutions; automate recurring activities.
Establish data governance and partner with IT on optimization projects.
Identify AI opportunities to automate sales and marketing workflows.
Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
