Ford Motor Company invites a Commercial CRM Manager to lead the design and execution of the B2B customer journey strategy. You will own lifecycle stages, segmentation, and the quarterly roadmaps, ensuring data-driven activation across acquisition, onboarding, and retention.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to close data gaps and govern campaigns with rigorous controls. You will bridge customer experience, business goals, and technical execution, documenting journeys and driving

Competenze

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or marketing automation in B2B.
Proven ownership of journey strategy with blueprints, segmentation, and roadmaps.
Experience managing live multi-step journeys from spec through launch and optimization.
