Credit Union West is seeking a Commercial Credit Operations Manager to lead the commercial lending operations, underwriting, and portfolio management within the Glendale, AZ area. This role emphasizes servant leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and driving growth while maintaining risk and compliance standards.

The Manager will guide day-to-day operations, oversee underwriting, processing, and closing activities, and partner with multiple teams to ensure scalable, high-quality member

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
• 5–8 years of leadership experience in commercial lending or related financial services.
• Experience with commercial real estate and small business lending preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high performing, cross-functional team.
• Oversee commercial underwriting, analysis, processing, closing, and funding.
• Ensure compliance, risk management and policy adherence across workflows.
• Monitor pipelines, manage workload and service levels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and portfolio quality.
• Support the LOS administration and technology initiatives.
