Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in related field.
• 5+ years or more managing commercial portfolio management, credit administration, or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk metrics, loan analysis, and portfolio monitoring.

Responsabilités

• Oversee commercial portfolio management activities including annual reviews, covenant monitoring, and risk reporting.
• Lead, coach, and develop Portfolio Managers, Administrators, and Credit Analysts.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Underwriters, and Compliance to achieve portfolio objectives and risk controls.
• Review and approve actions within authority limits to ensure timely decisions.
• Monitor portfolio quality, risk concentrations, and emerging credit concerns; implement risk mitigations.
